At Vinilo Record Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound; if your vinyl is damaged or the wrong pressing arrived, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item's condition to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Your Shipment

  Carefully pack the record in its original specialized mailer, ensuring the sleeve is protected from corner dings and the vinyl is secured.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the return for playback quality and sleeve integrity, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
